Dispatches, doctrine, and developments from The Path of Pain.
Promotions shift, rooms change, and opponents come and go, but the doctrine remains. The Path is not temporary. It waits for those willing to answer it.
Policy
This website is operated for promotional, informational, and ecommerce purposes related to The Path of Pain. The site may display faction news, event listings, videos, gallery images, member profiles, social links, Relic Shop products, order tracking, and related communications.

The Relic Shop is the shop operated through this website. Orders placed through the Relic Shop use Stripe Checkout for payment processing, and The Path of Pain handles order review, fulfillment coordination, shipping updates, and customer support for those orders.
Some Relic Shop products may be print-on-demand items produced and shipped through Printful or another production partner. When a Relic Shop order contains a print-on-demand item, the information needed to produce, ship, track, and support that item may be sent to the production partner. This may include your name, shipping address, contact information, purchased item details, product variant, order number, and shipping method. Payment card information is handled by Stripe Checkout and is not sent to Printful by this website.
When you browse the site, we may process basic technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, consent preferences, cart behavior, and interaction data. Optional analytics and external media only load according to your consent choices where required.
When you place an order through the Relic Shop, we collect the information needed to process, fulfill, support, and track that order. This may include your name, email address, phone number when provided, shipping address, order number, purchased items, order status, shipping provider, tracking number, and customer service notes. Payment card information is handled by Stripe Checkout and is not stored on this website.
When you use the order tracker, you may enter your order number, email address, and shipping ZIP code. This information is used to locate and display your order status.
We use information to operate the website, remember privacy choices, keep the cart working, display public content, process Relic Shop orders, send order confirmations and status updates, coordinate in-house and print-on-demand fulfillment, ship merchandise, provide order tracking, prevent abuse, maintain security, respond to requests, keep required records, and understand site performance when analytics consent has been provided.
Depending on your location, our processing may be based on your consent, performance of a transaction, compliance with legal obligations, security needs, or legitimate interests such as operating the site, fulfilling orders, preventing fraud, protecting the website, and improving the experience.
Essential browser storage may be used for core functionality such as privacy choices, cart behavior, order flow, panel state, and secure session behavior where applicable. Optional analytics and external media only load according to your consent choices. You can change those choices using the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer.
We may use service providers such as Stripe for payment processing, Printful for print-on-demand production and shipping, USPS or UPS for shipping, email services for order communications, Google Analytics if enabled by consent, and embedded media providers such as YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, or similar platforms if external media consent is enabled. These providers process information according to their own policies and only receive information needed for their service.
Relic Shop payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout system and are not stored by this website. This website receives order and payment status information needed to confirm, fulfill, and support the order.
Order-related personal information stored by this website is protected with security controls including restricted access and encryption where implemented. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to limit access and protect customer data.
Order records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide customer support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, or legal obligations. Consent preferences may remain in your browser until cleared, expired, or updated by you.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal information is used. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact thepathofpain13@gmail.com.
This site and shop are not directed to children under 13. Orders should be placed by adults or with appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
This policy may be updated as the site, shop, services, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this website.
Policy
This website uses essential browser storage and optional consent-based services.
Essential storage is required for basic site functionality. This may include remembering your privacy choices, keeping cart contents available while you browse, preserving basic panel or interface state, supporting checkout return behavior, and maintaining secure admin/session behavior where applicable. Essential storage cannot be disabled through the site because the website needs it to function properly.
Analytics tools may be used to understand general site traffic and performance. Analytics only load after consent where required. Analytics providers may process technical information such as browser details, approximate location, pages visited, referring pages, and interaction data according to their own policies.
Some videos or embedded media may come from third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, or similar services. These embeds may set their own cookies or collect technical information when loaded. External media only loads after consent where required.
The Relic Shop may use essential local browser storage to keep cart contents available while you browse. Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Stripe may use cookies, fraud-prevention tools, and transaction data according to its own policies when you proceed to checkout. Print-on-demand shipping estimates may be requested from Printful when the cart contains Printful products.
You can change your consent choices at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer. You can also clear cookies or local storage in your browser settings, but doing so may reset cart contents, consent preferences, or other saved site behavior.
Policy
This shipping policy applies only to orders placed through the Relic Shop on thepathofpain.cc.
The Relic Shop sells small-batch merchandise such as stickers, bumper stickers, and related items, along with select print-on-demand merchandise. Some items are made, printed, cut, packed, or prepared in-house. Print-on-demand items are produced and shipped through Printful or another production partner.
Most in-house Relic Shop orders require 2 to 5 business days for processing before shipment. We try to keep stock counts updated, but some items may need to be printed, cut, or finished after the order is placed. Processing time may vary based on current stock, order volume, material availability, and whether the item is already prepared.
Printful print-on-demand items are made after the order is reviewed and released for production. Production time, packing time, shipment origin, carrier selection, and delivery timing may vary by product, destination, order volume, and Printful's current production schedule.
An order may arrive in more than one shipment. If a cart contains both in-house Relic Shop items and Printful print-on-demand items, those items ship separately. Tracking information may appear separately for each shipment in the order tracker when available.
Printful print-on-demand items are delivery only and are not available for event pickup. If an order contains both pickup-eligible in-house items and delivery-only items, pickup only applies to the eligible in-house items shown at checkout.
In-house shipped items use the shipping rate shown at checkout. Printful item shipping is estimated through Printful based on the print-on-demand products in the cart and the destination information provided before checkout. Mixed carts may include Printful shipping plus a separate reduced shipping amount for in-house items. The final shipping charge is shown before payment is completed.
In-house Relic Shop orders currently ship through USPS or UPS. Printful orders may ship through the carrier selected or assigned by Printful based on product, destination, availability, and shipping method.
After an in-house Relic Shop order has been processed and given to the carrier, estimated delivery is usually 4 to 7 business days depending on the destination and carrier service. Printful delivery estimates may differ and are based on Printful production and carrier timelines. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, production delays, customs, or other issues outside our control.
When tracking is available, the tracking number and shipping provider will be added to your order status. If a tracking URL is available, it may be included as a clickable link. You can check your Relic Shop order status using the order tracker on this website. Orders with multiple shipments may show separate shipment statuses and tracking details.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before checkout is completed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment when possible. Additional shipping costs may apply. Printful reshipments or address corrections may also be subject to Printful's production and shipping rules.
If tracking shows an issue, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at thepathofpain13@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution. Print-on-demand issues may require review with Printful before a replacement, refund, or other resolution can be confirmed.
For Relic Shop shipping questions, contact thepathofpain13@gmail.com.
Policy
This returns and refunds policy applies only to orders placed through the Relic Shop on thepathofpain.cc.
To start a return or refund request, email thepathofpain13@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the shipping information needed to verify the order. Include a short explanation of the issue and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For customer privacy and order security, refund or return requests may require verification using your order number, email address, and shipping details. We may not be able to discuss or modify an order if the request cannot be verified.
Because many Relic Shop items are small-batch, handmade, printed, cut, prepared in-house, or made to order through a print-on-demand production partner, return eligibility may depend on the item and condition. Items generally need to be unused, unapplied, undamaged, and in resellable condition unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Printful print-on-demand items are made specifically after an order is placed and reviewed. Size, color, design, and product selections should be checked carefully before checkout. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for print-on-demand items may be limited once the item has entered production, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or another issue is approved after review.
In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is approved, instructions will be provided by email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method because refunds generally cannot be processed for returns that are not received.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution depending on the situation, available stock, and any applicable Printful review process for print-on-demand items.
Approved refunds are usually processed after the returned item is received and inspected, unless a return is not required for the specific issue. Once a refund is submitted, processing time may vary depending on Stripe, your bank, or your card provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, an incorrect item, or another issue we approve in writing.
Policy
These shop terms apply only to purchases made through the Relic Shop on thepathofpain.cc.
Relic Shop payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. Payment card information is entered through Stripe and is not stored by this website.
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order number. An order is not considered accepted for fulfillment until payment is successfully confirmed and the order is reviewed.
Some Relic Shop products are print-on-demand items produced and shipped through Printful or another production partner. A Printful order is not automatically submitted for fulfillment the moment payment is confirmed. The Path of Pain may review paid orders first, then manually release eligible print-on-demand items for production and fulfillment.
If your order contains both in-house Relic Shop items and Printful print-on-demand items, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Each shipment may have its own processing timeline, carrier, tracking number, and delivery status.
We try to keep product availability, variant options, and stock counts accurate. Because items may be small-batch, handmade, printed, cut, prepared in-house, or made through Printful, occasional stock, production, variant, or availability issues may happen. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you to offer a replacement option, updated timeline, cancellation, or refund.
Some Relic Shop items may be made or prepared after the order is placed. Slight variations in color, cut, finish, print placement, product mockups, or production details may occur and are part of the nature of small-batch and print-on-demand merchandise.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact thepathofpain13@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will review the request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production, packing, shipping, or Printful fulfillment.
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, production issues, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Coupons, discounts, or promotional offers may be limited by date, quantity, minimum subtotal, product eligibility, fulfillment type, or other conditions. Promotions may be changed or ended at any time unless prohibited by law.
We may cancel, refund, refuse, or hold orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, suspicious, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled safely or accurately.
For Relic Shop questions, contact thepathofpain13@gmail.com.
